Savor the delicate balance of flavors in Nakachoko, with Hokkaido Scallops, Umeboshi, Beetroot Gazpacho, and Goat Cheese, followed by the indulgent Yakimono, showcasing Marble 6 Australian Carrara Wagyu with Kombu Butter and Potato Purée.
